Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: All orders must be pre-paid via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money order unless otherwise approved by BitSoup, Inc.. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 per check charge.  Credit card charges will show "BitSoup" as the selling company.

Minimums: There are no minimum order requirements.

Samples/Proofs: Samples are charged the same as regular items. In-house produced proofs are charged at double the regular item price. A second item is kept in-house to compare against for future orders. When a proof is no longer needed you may request it to be shipped to you for the cost of shipping. If you place an order of 100 or more of the sample/proof item within 30 days, you will be refunded the price of 1 sample/proof.

Production Time: Average turn around on small orders of in stock products is normally 3 working days based on a 5 day work week, of receipt of payment and the computer graphic file. If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock, we will inform you promptly by phone or e-mail. Please inquire for large orders or artwork which is not in an acceptable graphic file format. Rush jobs are accepted on a "as time permits" basis and are subject to a 25% up-charge.

Returns: BitSoup, Inc. accepts returns on defective goods only, for exchange only (no refunds) and is not responsible for imprinting mistakes such as spelling (unless it's our fault), layout, or color (for large orders, please make sure your proof is correct). Imprinted items are not subject to return without prior authorization. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Claims for items damaged in shipment must be made with the freight company.

Shipping: BitSoup, Inc. currently uses UPS and USPS as it's primary shipping vendors. All orders are shipped via "best way" and FOB unless otherwise specified. BitSoup, Inc. will not be held responsible for delays of the shipper. BitSoup, Inc. is not responsible for duties/taxes or other fees on items shipped outside of the USA.

Split Shipment Charge: Up to a $4.00 additional shipping per destination charge within the USA and/or $8.00 per destination charge outside of the USA will be assessed on your bill. We will drop ship to your customer on request.

General: COLOR MATCHING IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please be aware that slight color shift from one item to the next is possible and especially from one batch to the next for dye-sublimated items. Every effort is made to keep the color shift to an absolute minimum.

BitSoup, Inc.' responsibility does not go beyond original purchase price of the goods billed.

If you are supplying us with items to be printed, you are responsible for replacement items if misprints occur.

All artwork submitted to, or produced by BitSoup, Inc. is required to be in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting a copy or other material, represents that the use by Encompass Technologies on the item(s) ordered will not violate any such laws, and BitSoup, Inc. hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such law in the use of the customer’s copy or other material.

What this means is: The unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights is illegal. When you place an order using such material, we assume that you have permission. BitSoup, Inc. accepts no liability. In some instances we may require you to fill out a copyright release form.
